About Me

Amel Amamou, Tunisian entrepreneur and business builder, standing in a cream blazer and tan trousers.

About

From the craft to the leadership of a group.

Step by step

Every stage taught something the next one needed. Nothing here was theory — it was built inside a working business, in real conditions, with real teams.

The story

Built inside a working business, in real conditions.

The craft came first

Amel's work began on the floor of the family business, Wahiba: running a showroom, learning clients, standards and the discipline of a business that opens every morning — then years behind the chair as a hairstylist, hands on the work. Precision, trust and the details that make a client return became the foundation of everything after.

From practitioner to builder of systems

Managing a beauty center turned craft into structure: schedules, quality, training and the first real systems that let a center run without one person holding it together. An MBA later gave language and structure to a decade of operational instinct — strategy, finance and organization layered onto work that was already real.

Leading the group

Today, as CEO & Co-Founder of Wahiba Group, Amel leads six centers and a team of more than 100 people across Tunisia: designing operations, developing managers and building accountability that holds — so the business grows without depending on her for every decision.

How she works

The beliefs behind the work.

  • Growth makes a company bigger. Systems make it stronger.

Recurring work becomes documented, owned and repeatable, so quality no longer depends on who is present.

  • Managers who can decide, not only execute.

Decisions move to the people closest to the work, with clear limits and clear reporting.

  • A business that can grow without its founder.

The company holds its standards on its own — something you can expand, hand over, or step back from.

Now building
